I got my Optimum Health Pack yesterday from Vitamark. I took my Limu Plus yesterday and today to try it. I think it tastes like grape juice with a punch. Clayton says it tastes like wine. Regardless, it's good! Both he and I had LOTS of energy today. (Well...he said he felt like he was speeding so I guess that's lots of energy)

I wasn't thrilled with the Blitz cookie bar, but I don't really like oatmeal raisin anyway and that's what flavor it comes in.

I have been taking the Super ViGest for two days and I had very little heartburn today. It helps your food digest. Has digestive enzymes in it.

I have to go watch Survivor. It's my one must watch show. I'm a reality TV freak I guess. LOL
